All of our Quality Products are specifically designed, manufactured and packaged to withstand the rigors of the "FedEx & UPS Shipping Process".  In the event that your package somehow arrives damaged by the carrier, simply call us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will promptly send out a replacement and setup return shipping for the damaged product.

One Year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty

Kiki's Kids Décor warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship (excludes breakage) for a period of one year from date of delivery. We will either repair or replacement the merchandise involved, or if a satisfactory solution is not reached, we will (at our option), refund the original amount. Even if the defects have not been caused by misuses, neglect, improper installation, alteration or accident. Kiki's Kids Décor shall require the return of the merchandise claimed as defective for its examination and shall be the sole judge as to whether material is in fact defective under the terms of this warranty.
