Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free Shipping: Most orders include Free (Standard Ground) Shipping.

Expedited (fee based) shipping is available for some items and with some carriers. IF this is an option for your selected items, you sill see both the proposed expedited delivery date and fee as an option at checkout.   

Orders of usual size or that require special handling may require additional shipping feel. This also applies to orders that are being shipped to a location that requires special delivery considerations.    

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order's delivery status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Sales@DropkickBrands.com or call us @ 800-804-5413 with your name and order number. We will be happy to look into it for you.
